In addition, the invention further relates to a high-altitude rope anchoring method which is achieved through the high-altitude rope anchoring device. The rope high-altitude anchoring device can simply, conveniently and safely carry out rope high-altitude anchoring operation, can cope with various different situations, and is high in environmental adaptability.
