    一种防过载伸缩臂叉车的控制方法,所述叉车包括车体、设置在所述车体伸缩臂上且平行设置的2个叉臂、沿2个叉臂的长度方向间隔设置的若干个压力传感器1、控制模块以及显示屏,其中,所述控制模块分别与所述压力传感器1以及所述显示屏电连接,所述显示屏用于显示所述叉臂及其长度方向的对应的压力传感器1的信息;本发明能够通过建立坐标系以判断货箱内货物的重心分布情况,由叉车驾驶员选择将叉车正对货箱重心处,从而在转运及装卸过程中,使货箱更加稳定,大大减小安全事故的发生;并且在装载时,可根据压力传感器获取货物总重,从而判断此次装载是否过载。
