The invention discloses a compensation-liquid collection multifunctional compensator for a thermal control fluid loop of a spacecraft. The compensation-liquid collection multifunctional compensator comprises a lower bottom assembly, a welded corrugated pipe assembly, a volute spiral spring chest expander, an electromagnetic valve, an angular displacement sensor, a storage box body and a guide ring. Wherein the bottom of the storage box body is connected with the lower bottom assembly; the welding corrugated pipe assembly is connected with the lower bottom assembly; the electromagnetic valve is connected with the inner wall of the lower bottom assembly and controls the opening and closing of an air cavity runner opening of the compensator; the bottom of the volute spiral spring chest expander is connected with the inner wall of the lower bottom assembly, and the end of a pull rope of the volute spiral spring chest expander is connected with the top of the welded corrugated pipe assembly. The angular displacement sensor is arranged on the volute spiral spring chest expander; and the guide ring is connected with the top end of the welded corrugated pipe assembly. The storage problem of the thermal control fluid loop of the spacecraft in an ultralow-temperature environment is solved, the environment tolerance range of the thermal control fluid loop is widened, and then the service life of the spacecraft is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种航天器热控流体回路用补偿‑集液多功能补偿器,包括:下底组件、焊接波纹管组件、涡卷弹簧拉力器、电磁阀、角位移传感器、贮箱体和导向环;其中,贮箱体的底部与下底组件相连接;焊接波纹管组件与下底组件相连接;电磁阀与下底组件的内壁相连接,电磁阀控制补偿器的气腔流道口通断;涡卷弹簧拉力器的底部与下底组件的内壁相连接,涡卷弹簧拉力器的拉绳端头与焊接波纹管组件的顶部相连接;角位移传感器设置于涡卷弹簧拉力器上;导向环与焊接波纹管组件的顶端相连接。本发明解决了航天器热控流体回路在超低温环境下的贮存问题,提高热控流体回路的耐受环境范围,进而延长航天器的服役寿命。
