The invention discloses a high-reliability long-life compensator for thermal control of a spacecraft and a preparation method, and relates to the field of space temperature control fluid loop compensators, the high-reliability long-life compensator comprises a storage box body, an upper cover and a corrugated pipe assembly, the upper cover is welded to one end of the storage box body, the corrugated pipe assembly is welded to the other end of the storage box body, and the corrugated pipe assembly is located in the storage box body; the corrugated pipe assembly is used for being connected with a thermal control fluid loop, a liquid cavity is formed in the corrugated pipe assembly and communicated with the thermal control fluid loop, and an air cavity is formed between the corrugated pipe assembly and the storage box body. The main function is to reduce pressure fluctuation of a fluid loop, prevent cavitation caused by too low inlet pressure of a loop pump, and compensate liquid working medium reduction caused by long-term operation, maintenance and micro-leakage of a system. The product provided with the liquid level sensor also has a liquid level display function.
