The invention provides a tail rotor pulling and twisting strip. The tail rotor pulling and twisting strip comprises guide sleeves arranged at the two ends of the pulling and twisting strip, pulling and twisting layers and rubber layers. The tension-torsion layer is made of a steel wire which is wound on the outer side face of the stand column. The rubber layer is made of a polyurethane rubber material and wraps the outer surface of the tension-torsion layer; the guide sleeve and the tension-torsion layer can integrally wrap the tension-torsion layer by the rubber layer through a casting molding process, and the tension-torsion layer is cured and molded into a tension-torsion strip. The tension-torsion strip can meet the use requirements of centrifugal force and variable-pitch torsion of the tail rotor blade, that is, the tension-torsion layer manufactured after winding and heat setting of the steel wire enables the tension-torsion strip to have enough rigidity when bearing the centrifugal force generated by rotation of the tail rotor blade in the transverse direction, and to have small rigidity when the tail rotor blade rotates to generate torsion deformation; and high durability and reliability are achieved. Under the working condition of using the load, the tension-torsion strip has small torsional rigidity and axial displacement. The pulling and twisting strip is light in weight, mature in technology, high in finished product percent of pass and consistency and capable of achieving single-piece interchange.
本发明提供一种尾桨拉扭条,包括设置在拉扭条两端的导套、拉扭层和橡胶层;所述拉扭层采用钢丝,所述钢丝缠绕在立柱的外边面;所述橡胶层采用聚氨酯橡胶材料,所述橡胶层包裹在拉扭层外表面上;导套和拉扭层整体可通过浇注成型工艺将橡胶层包裹住拉扭层固化成型为拉扭条。拉扭条能够满足尾桨叶离心力与变距扭转使用要求,即将钢丝缠绕热定型后制成的拉扭层使得拉扭条在其横向承受尾桨叶旋转产生的离心力时具有足够大的刚度,在尾桨叶旋转产生扭转变形时具有较小刚度,具有较高的耐用性和可靠性。在使用载荷工况下,拉扭条具有较小的扭转刚度和轴向位移。拉扭条重量轻、工艺成熟,具有较高的成品合格率和一致性,能够实现单件互换。
