The invention relates to a composite material pulling and twisting strip which comprises an outer side pulling and twisting strip, a middle pulling and twisting strip, an independent wrapping cloth layer, an integral wrapping cloth layer, an outer lining and an inner lining. The outer side pulling and twisting strips and the middle pulling and twisting strips with the two ends independently wrapped form a three-layer stacked structure, the two outer side pulling and twisting strips are located on the upper layer and the lower layer, the middle pulling and twisting strip is located on the middle layer, and the two ends of the three-layer stacked structure are integrally wrapped by the overall wrapping cloth layer. The packages of the independent wrapping cloth layer and the whole wrapping cloth layer penetrate through the round through holes of the outer side pulling and twisting strips and the middle pulling and twisting strips, so that the round through holes of all the layers are communicated up and down after the packages are wrapped; after the whole body is wrapped, the outer bushings are installed in the round through holes in the two ends of the outer side pulling and twisting strip and the round through holes in the two ends of the middle pulling and twisting strip, the inner bushings are inserted into the two ends of the outer bushings, and flanges are formed on the inner bushings. The weight of the tension and torsion strip is remarkably reduced, and the requirements for strength and abrasion resistance are met.

    本发明涉及一种复合材料拉扭条,包括外侧拉扭条、中间拉扭条、独立包布层、整体包布层、外衬套和内衬套;两端独立包裹后的所述外侧拉扭条和中间拉扭条形成三层叠置结构,且两个所述外侧拉扭条位于上下层,中间拉扭条位于中层,且三层叠置结构的两端被整体包布层进行整体包裹;且独立包布层和整体包布层的包裹均穿过所述外侧拉扭条和中间拉扭条的圆通孔,使得包裹后各层的圆通孔上下连通;整体包裹后,在所述外侧拉扭条和中间拉扭条的两端圆通孔中装入所述外衬套,所述外衬套的两端插有内衬套,且内衬套形成有翻边。本发明使得拉扭条的重量显著降低,且满足强度耐磨度要求。
