The invention discloses a motor torque zero-crossing control method for an electric automobile, which comprises the following steps of: detecting the output torque of a motor in real time, judging whether a torque zero-crossing function is activated or not, and if the torque zero-crossing function is activated, sequentially executing the following stages: controlling the actual output torque of the motor to be slowly reduced until the actual output torque of the motor is 0; controlling the actual output torque of the motor to be a first torque for a first set time; controlling the actual output torque of the motor to be a second torque for a second set time; and controlling the actual output torque of the motor to catch up according to the set torque slope until the actual output torque of the motor is equal to the target torque of the motor. When the torque of the motor crosses zero, the output torque of the motor is controlled to be increased and then reduced, the driving gear and the driven gear are accelerated and then decelerated, when meshing of the driving gear pair and the driven gear pair is completed, the relative speed between the driving gear and the driven gear is zero, then the driving torque is applied, impact and noise are not generated any more, and the driving smoothness in the driving process is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车的电机扭矩过零控制方法,实时检测电机输出扭矩,判断扭矩过零功能是否激活,若扭矩过零功能激活,依次执行以下阶段:控制电机实际输出扭矩缓慢减小直至电机实际输出扭矩为0;控制电机实际输出扭矩为第一扭矩,持续第一设定时间;控制电机实际输出扭矩为第二扭矩,持续第二设定时间;控制电机实际输出扭矩以设定扭矩斜率进行追赶,直至电机实际输出扭矩等于电机目标扭矩。本发明在电机扭矩过零时,通过控制电机输出扭矩先增大后减小,使主从动齿轮先加速后减速,在主从动齿轮副啮合完成时,主从动齿轮之间的相对速度为零,此时再施加驱动扭矩,将不再产生冲击和噪音,提高了驾驶过程中驾驶平顺性。
