The invention provides an electric vehicle motor torque zero-crossing control method and equipment. The method comprises the steps that the vehicle speed, the accelerator pedal opening degree, the brake pedal opening degree and the steering wheel turning angle are obtained; according to the accelerator pedal opening degree, the brake pedal opening degree and the steering wheel rotating angle, the expected steering angle and the request torque are determined; determining a torque threshold value of each motor under the expected steering angle; according to the torque threshold value and the request torque of each motor, the state of each motor is determined, and the state of each motor comprises positive torque output allowing, positive tooth leaning, negative torque output allowing and negative tooth leaning; determining the target torque of each motor according to the state of each motor, the expected steering angle and the vehicle speed; and controlling each motor according to the target torque of each motor. According to the method, the vehicle performance when the turning torque of the electric vehicle crosses zero is improved, and the driving experience is improved.

    本申请提供一种电动汽车电机扭矩过零控制方法和设备。该方法包括:获取车速、加速踏板开度、制动踏板开度和方向盘转角;根据加速踏板开度、制动踏板开度和方向盘转角,确定期望转向角度和请求扭矩;确定期望转向角度下各个电机的扭矩阈值;根据各个电机的扭矩阈值和请求扭矩,确定各个电机的状态,各个电机的状态包括允许正扭矩输出、正向靠齿、允许负扭矩输出以及负向靠齿;根据各个电机的状态、期望转向角度和车速,确定各个电机的目标扭矩;根据各个电机的目标扭矩,控制各个电机。本申请的方法,提高了电动汽车转弯扭矩过零时的车辆性能,提升了驾驶体验。
