The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, and discloses a projection adjustment method and device for a vehicle image, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: responding to a projection starting instruction, and adjusting the height of an axle suspension at which a projection end is located according to an initial adjustment strategy specified by the projection starting instruction, initially adjusting the height of the axle suspension at the opposite end of the projection end; under the condition that the initial adjustment is completed, if the definition of the projection picture does not reach the preset definition, a target adjustment strategy is determined according to the type of the road where the vehicle is located, and the height of the axle suspension where the projection end is located and/or the height of the axle suspension at the opposite end of the projection end are/is adjusted based on the target adjustment strategy. According to the method, the related axle suspensions are flexibly adjusted step by step, so that the definition of the projection picture meets the expectation of a user, and the film watching experience of the user is improved.
