The invention provides a noise-reducing tire which is mainly characterized in that a noise-reducing layer is laid on the inner top wall of the inner surface of the tire in a tire body, and the noise-reducing layer is an integrally-formed non-foaming body or an integrally-formed foaming body which is formed by solidifying a fluid PU material and is uniform in thickness or non-uniform in thickness; wherein the noise reduction layer is a long strip-shaped structural body or a ring-shaped structural body, so that the problems that the manufacturing process is complicated and the noise reduction structure is not tightly attached in the prior art can be effectively solved, the production cost of a manufacturing end is reduced, and the market competitiveness of a product is improved.

    本发明提供一种减噪轮胎,其主要是在轮胎本体内的轮胎内面的内顶壁上铺设减噪层,该减噪层是由流体状PU材所凝固成型的均匀厚度或不均匀厚度的一体成型非发泡体或一体成型发泡体,其中该减噪层为长条带状结构体或环圈状结构体,能够有效地解决现有技术中制程复杂化且减噪结构贴合不够紧密的问题,以助于降低制造端的生产成本,并且增加产品的市场竞争力。
