On the basis of 100 parts by weight of the rubber component, the rubber composition further comprises 30 to 50 parts by weight of carbon black, 5 to 10 parts by weight of silicon dioxide, 5 to 10 parts by weight of superprex, 2 to 5 parts by weight of alkyl styrene resin, 1.0 to 3.0 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 1.0 to 3.0 parts by weight of stearic acid, 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent, 1.0 to 3.0 parts by weight of protective wax, 2.0 to 3.0 parts by weight of a super vulcanizing agent PSO (Polystyrene Oxide)-35, 0.3 to 0.8 part by weight of sulfur and 1.0 to 2.0 parts by weight of an accelerant DM, wherein the rubber component comprises 45-60 parts by weight of natural rubber, 5-10 parts by weight of rare earth isoprene rubber, 15-25 parts by weight of chlorinated butyl rubber and 15-25 parts by weight of high vinyl polybutadiene rubber. According to the invention, the damp-heat aging resistance of the sidewall is improved, and the palm oil resistance and the gas permeation resistance are improved.
本发明涉及轮胎生产技术领域,具体地说是一种耐棕榈油、耐湿热、耐气体渗透的轮胎胎侧橡胶组合物。以100重量份的橡胶组分为基准,还包含30~50重量份的炭黑,5~10重量份的二氧化硅,5~10重量份的suprex,2~5重量份的烷基苯乙烯树脂,1.0~3.0重量份的氧化锌,1.0~3.0重量份的硬脂酸,0.5~1.5重量份的防老剂,1.0~3.0重量份的防护蜡,2.0~3.0重量份的超级硫化剂PSO‑35,0.3~0.8重量份硫磺,1.0~2.0重量份促进剂DM,其中所述橡胶组分包含45~60重量份天然橡胶,5~10重量份稀土异戊橡胶,15~25重量份的氯化丁基橡胶,15~25重量份的高乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶。本发明提高了胎侧耐湿热老化性能,提升了耐棕榈油性能和耐气体渗透性能。
