The invention discloses a crane work management method and system and application thereof.According to the scheme, identity authentication is ingeniously conducted on an operator before a crane is powered on and started, and then control authorization information is output according to an authentication result, so that the operator does not need to operate the crane before the operator operates the crane; different levels of operation authorities can be obtained based on the identity authentication result, so that the crane can adapt to operators with different proficiency degrees to give different control experiences when working, and a basis is provided for the working reliability and flexibility of the crane; meanwhile, according to the scheme, in the working process of the crane, working parameter records, noise data and/or vibration data are analyzed and judged, then working parameter threshold values of characteristic components of the crane are adjusted in time according to analysis and judgment results, when the crane is abnormal, the working amplitude of the crane can be reduced in time, and the working efficiency of the crane is improved. The expansion of abnormal conditions of the crane is avoided, and a guarantee is provided for reliable work of the crane.

    本发明公开了起重机工作管理方法、系统及其应用,本方案巧妙性通过在起重机得电启动前,对操作人员进行身份认证,然后根据认证结果输出控制授权信息,使得操作人员在进行操控起重机前,能够基于其身份认证结果获得不同级别的操作权限,使得起重机在工作时,能够自适应不同熟练度的操作人员给予不同的控制体验,为起重机的工作可靠性和灵活性提供基础;同时,本方案还在起重机工作过程中,对工作参数记录、噪声数据和/或振动数据进行分析判断,然后根据分析判断结果适时对起重机特征部件的工作参数阈值进行调整,使得起重机发生异常时,能够及时地减小其工作幅度,避免起重机异常状况的扩大,为起重机的可靠工作提供保障。
