This information processing system is provided with: a selection unit that selects, as operation candidates for a plurality of cranes included in a facility, a plurality of operation candidates having high priorities, on the basis of one or more state quantities in the facility in which an object to be incinerated is deposited; a combination generation unit that generates a plurality of combinations that specify the allocation of the plurality of operation candidates to the plurality of cranes and the execution order relating to the plurality of operation candidates; a calculation unit that calculates, for each of the plurality of combinations, a working time until execution of the plurality of operation candidates is completed or a waiting time until execution of the plurality of operation candidates is completed; and an operation plan deriving unit for selecting a combination satisfying a predetermined condition from the plurality of combinations on the basis of the working time or the waiting time, and deriving an operation plan for the plurality of cranes.

    本发明的信息处理系统具备:选定部,根据被焚烧物堆积的设备中的一个以上的状态量,选定优先度高的多个操作候选作为设备中所包括的多个起重机的操作候选;组合生成部,生成规定多个操作候选对多个起重机的分配及与多个操作候选相关的执行顺序的多个组合;计算部,针对多个组合,分别计算多个操作候选的执行完成为止的工作时间或多个操作候选的执行完成为止所产生的等待时间;及运行计划导出部,根据工作时间或等待时间,从多个组合中选定满足规定条件的组合,并导出多个起重机的运行计划。
