The invention provides a precast pile hoisting rigging and a using method thereof.The precast pile hoisting rigging comprises an adjustable hoop assembly, a wedge-shaped self-unhooking elevator and an elastic buffering sleeper, the adjustable hoop assembly comprises two semicircular hoops which are symmetrically distributed up and down, and each semicircular hoop comprises a semicircular hoop body, an adjusting assembly, a transmission assembly and a fixing clamping plate; the adjusting assemblies, the transmission assemblies and the fixing clamping plates are all arranged on the semicircular hoop bodies, the multiple fixing clamping plates are arranged on the inner sides of the semicircular hoops, the fixing clamping plates are used for jacking and clamping a precast pile, and the wedge-shaped self-unhooking elevators are arranged on the outer sides of the butt joint positions of the two semicircular hoops correspondingly. The wedge-shaped self-unhooking elevator is connected with the corresponding semicircular hoop in a clamping mode, and the elastic buffering sleeper is detachably connected with the semicircular hoop located on the lower portion of the adjustable hoop assembly. By means of the rigging, vibration isolation protection of the precast pile can be effectively achieved, and meanwhile safe hoisting of the precast pile can be conveniently achieved.
本发明给出了一种预制桩吊装索具及其使用方法,包括可调式抱箍组件、楔形自脱钩吊卡、弹性缓冲枕木,可调式抱箍组件包括两个上下对称分布的半圆形抱箍,每一个半圆形抱箍均包括半圆形抱箍本体、调节组件、传动组件、固定卡板,调节组件、传动组件和固定卡板均设置在半圆形抱箍本体上,若干固定卡板设置在半圆形抱箍的内侧,固定卡板用于实现对预制桩的顶压夹持,在两个半圆形抱箍的对接处外侧均设置一楔形自脱钩吊卡,且楔形自脱钩吊卡采用卡接方式与对应的半圆形抱箍相连接,弹性缓冲枕木采用可拆卸方式与位于可调式抱箍组件下部的半圆形抱箍相连接。利用该索具不仅可有效实现预制桩的隔振保护,同时,还可便于实现预制桩的安全吊装。
