The invention relates to a wear-free connecting method for hoisting rigging. The wear-free connecting method comprises the following steps that a rope blocking column assembly is arranged on the lower side surface of the hoisting position of a circular tube structure body; after the middle of the rigging is wound around the rope blocking column assembly, the two ends of the rigging face upwards; the two ends of the rigging are slowly tensioned and properly finely adjusted, so that the rigging is tightly attached to the circular tube structure body, the two ends of the rigging are equal in height, and a space exists between the plane formed by the two ends of the rigging and the plane where the center axis of the circular tube structure body is located; the two ends of the rigging are directly connected to the crane hook head or indirectly connected to the crane hook head through an extension rigging; a brand new method is provided for connection of the hoisting rigging and the structure, and compared with an existing method, relative sliding of the rigging and the structure accompanying overturning of the structure is converted into clutch motion, so that the relative sliding of the rigging and the structure and damage to the rigging and the structure caused by the relative sliding of the rigging and the structure are fundamentally avoided; and the impact load and the operation safety risk caused by the impact load are avoided.

    本发明涉及起重索具无磨损连接方法,包括以下步骤:在圆管结构主体的起吊位置的下侧表面处设置挡绳柱组件;将索具的中部绕过挡绳柱组件后,使得索具的两端向上;缓慢拉紧索具的两端并适当微调,使索具贴紧圆管结构主体且索具的两端等高,索具两端所构成的平面与圆管结构主体的中心轴所在平面存在间距;将索具的两端直接或通过延长索具间接连接到起重机钩头上;本发明为起重索具与结构的连接提供了一种全新方法,相比于已有方法,本发明将结构翻转伴随的索具与结构相对滑动转化为离合运动,从根本上避免了索具与结构的相对滑动及其带来的索具与结构的损伤,杜绝了冲击载荷及其带来的作业安全风险。
