The invention relates to the technical field of electric steering systems, in particular to a steering engine low-temperature friction compensation method which comprises the following steps: step 1, an effective torque value calculation module calculates and outputs effective torque; 2, a torque lag calculation module calculates and outputs an effective torque lag value; 3, a friction torque confirmation module judges and outputs the friction torque of the current period; 4, a torque compensation calculation module calculates compensation torque and outputs the compensation torque; and step 5, limiting the friction torque which is actually compensated by a limiting torque compensation module. Compared with the prior art, mechanical energy loss caused by friction of the system is obtained within a certain angle range by identifying lag of the effective torque during steering and reversing, the effective torque lag value of the system is calculated, and the compensation torque needed by the system is further obtained. The limit value of the compensation torque is increased in the low-temperature environment, and it is guaranteed that the whole steering system can provide normal compensation torque in various environments.

    本发明涉及电动转向系统技术领域,具体地说是一种转向机低温摩擦补偿方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1,有效扭矩值计算模块计算有效扭矩并输出;步骤2,扭矩滞后计算模块计算有效扭矩滞后值并输出;步骤3,摩擦扭矩确认模块判断并输出本周期的摩擦扭矩;步骤4,扭矩补偿计算模块计算补偿扭矩并输出;步骤5,限制扭矩补偿模块对实际补偿的摩擦扭矩做出限制。本发明同现有技术相比,通过对有效扭矩在转向换向时滞后的识别,在一定的角度范围内得出系统因摩擦导致的机械能损耗,并计算出系统的有效扭矩滞后值,进一步得到系统所需要的补偿扭矩。在低温环境提高补偿扭矩的限定值,保证整个转向系统能在各种环境下提供正常的补偿扭矩。
