The invention relates to a steering engine rack clearance compensation mechanism, which is arranged in a steering engine shell, and comprises: a support seat, wherein the bottom end of the support seat abuts against a rack and the top end abuts against a screw plug fixed on the steering engine shell, and a bottom end groove is formed in the bottom end of the support seat, and a top end groove is formed in the top end of the support seat; a support seat base which is arranged in the bottom end groove, wherein one end of the support seat base abuts against the rack; a first elastic piece which is arranged in the bottom end groove and is connected between the other end, opposite to the end abutting against the rack, of the support seat base and the bottom of the bottom end groove; and a second elastic piece which is arranged in the top end groove and is connected between the bottom of the top end groove and the screw plug. Therefore, according to the steering engine rack clearance compensation mechanism, the problems that after a steering engine works for a long time, the compensation effect is gradually reduced, and the rack clearance of the steering engine is increased can be solved, noise can be lowered, and the comfort of a driver during vehicle driving is improved.

    本发明涉及一种转向机齿条间隙补偿机构,该转向机齿条间隙补偿机构设置在转向机壳体中,并且包括:支撑座,底端抵靠齿条且顶端抵靠固定到转向机壳体上的螺塞,并且支撑座在底端设置有底端凹槽且在顶端设置有顶端凹槽;支撑座底座,设置在底端凹槽内且一端抵靠齿条;第一弹性件,设置在底端凹槽内且连接在相对于支撑座底座抵靠齿条的一端的另一端与底端凹槽的底部之间;以及第二弹性件,设置在顶端凹槽内且连接在顶端凹槽的底部和螺塞之间。由此,根据本发明实施例的转向机齿条间隙补偿机构不仅可以解决在转向机长时间工作后,补偿效果逐渐下降,转向机的齿条间隙越发增大的问题,还可以降低噪音,并且提高驾驶者在驾驶车辆时的舒适性。
