During installation, the pressing block directly slides in the secondary installation groove in the axial direction of the rack to be positioned to complete installation, the elastic piece can be placed in the through groove from the through groove without the wall face and can also be installed in the through groove in advance to be installed together with the pressing block, finally the pressing block is limited by the installation check ring, and the shell does not need to be additionally perforated for installing the pressing block. The number of procedures is reduced, a sealing structure does not need to be added, the anti-rust requirement does not need to be added, the outer space of the shell is saved, the complexity of the shell is reduced, and the structure is simplified.

    本发明公开了一种转向器用齿轮与齿条间隙补偿机构及安装方法,包括:壳体,设置有安装齿条的主安装槽和次安装槽;压块,外侧面还设置有向内凹陷的通槽,通槽在齿条的轴向上无壁面;弹性件;挡圈,位于压块背向限位槽一侧。安装时,压块直接从次安装槽中沿齿条轴向滑入定位完成安装,弹性件能够从无壁面的通槽中放入通槽内,也可提前安装到通槽内与压块一起安装,最后在安装挡圈对压块进行限位,不需要对壳体进行额外开孔用以安装压块,减少工序的同时,不需要增加密封结构,无需增加防锈要求,节约壳体外部空间,降低壳体复杂程度,简化了结构。
