The invention relates to a motor train unit high-redundancy microcomputer control electric pneumatic brake control system which comprises a brake control device, a working air cylinder, an auxiliary air cylinder and a cutout cock, and the brake control device comprises an air brake valve, an electric pneumatic brake module, a relay valve, an empty and load valve, the cutout cock, a pressure reducing valve, a one-way valve, an electromagnetic valve and a pneumatic control valve. The electric pneumatic braking module comprises an electric pneumatic valve, a switching valve, a two-way valve, a shutoff valve and an electronic braking control unit; the electric pneumatic valve is of a redundant structure and comprises an inflation electromagnetic valve and an exhaust electromagnetic valve. One path of the auxiliary air cylinder is supplied by total air through a cutout cock, a pressure reducing valve and a one-way valve, and the other path is supplied by an air brake valve; opening and closing of the brake pipeline can be completed through manual operation of the cutout cock and electric control of train control signals. The technical problems that emergency braking is caused by low air pressure of an auxiliary air cylinder during frequent braking or skid prevention of an existing system, electric pneumatic braking reliability is guaranteed, and maintenance cannot be conducted in time when a braking pipeline breaks down are solved.
本发明涉及一种动车组高冗余微机控制电空制动控制系统,包括制动控制装置、工作风缸、副风缸、截断塞门,制动控制装置包括空气制动阀、电空制动模块、中继阀、空重车阀、截断塞门、减压阀、单向阀、电磁阀、气控阀;电空制动模块包括电空阀、切换阀、双向阀、遮断阀和电子制动控制单元;电空阀为冗余结构,包括充气电磁阀和排气电磁阀;副风缸一路由总风经截断塞门、减压阀、单向阀供风,一路由空气制动阀供风;制动管路的导通和截止可以分别通过手工操作截断塞门和列车控制信号电控完成。本发明解决了现有系统在频繁制动或防滑时副风缸风压低导致紧急制动,以及保证电空制动可靠性、制动管路故障时无法及时维护的技术问题。
