The invention discloses a multi-wheel-train aircraft braking system and a redundancy control method. Two anti-skid braking control boxes are divided into a main control box and a standby control box according to redundancy; the main control box and the standby control box are mutually similar in redundancy. When a certain control channel of the main control box breaks down, the corresponding control channel of the standby control box and the remaining control channels of the main control box can be used together to complete braking instead of directly and completely switching to the standby control box; after control channel faults occur in the main control box and the standby control box, the main control residual braking capacity and the standby control residual braking capacity of the airplane can be autonomously integrated, so that the braking system continues to operate and brake the airplane in a performance degradation mode instead of directly losing the braking function and abandoning the use of the braking system. Take-off and landing safety of an airplane is guaranteed, and reliability of a brake system is improved.

    一种多轮系飞机刹车系统及余度控制方法,两个防滑刹车控制盒按余度分为主控制盒和备控制盒;主控制盒、备两个控制盒互为相似余度。当主控制盒的某一控制通道发生故障时,能使用备控制盒的对应控制通道,和主控制盒的剩余控制通道共同完成刹车,而不是直接全部切换至备控制盒;在主控制盒和备控制盒均出现控制通道故障后,能自主整合飞机主控制剩余刹车能力和备控制剩余刹车能力,使刹车系统在性能降级模式下继续运行,刹停飞机,而不是直接丧失刹车功能,放弃使用刹车系统。保证飞机的起降安全,提高了刹车系统可靠性。
