The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of multi-wheel-train braking control, in particular to a multi-wheel-train braking system based on braking capacity and a braking fault comprehensive disposal method.The system comprises an instruction control system and a driving control system, and the driving control system comprises N sets of braking channels, each group of brake channel comprises a hydraulic system, a stop valve, two servo valves, two brake machine wheels and two pressure sensors; the hydraulic system is connected with the stop valve, the stop valve is connected with the two servo valves, the two servo valves are connected with the two brake machine wheels, and the pressure sensors are arranged on the two brake machine wheels; the hydraulic system is used for providing a hydraulic oil source; the stop valve is used for controlling a hydraulic oil source switch; the servo valve is used for adjusting hydraulic oil source flow; the brake machine wheel is used for executing brake operation; the pressure sensor is used for detecting brake pressure and transmitting the brake pressure to the instruction control system. Therefore, the braking capacity is compared according to the fault comprehensive result, the redundancy with the high braking capacity is preferentially used, and the safety of the system is improved.

    本申请的实施例涉及多轮系刹车控制技术领域,特别涉及一种基于刹车能力的多轮系刹车系统及刹车故障综合处置方法,该系统包括:指令控制系统和驱动控制系统,驱动控制系统包括N组刹车通道,每组刹车通道包括液压系统、切断阀、2个伺服阀、2个刹车机轮和2个压力传感器;液压系统与切断阀连接,切断阀与2个伺服阀连接,2个伺服阀与2个刹车机轮连接,2个刹车机轮上设置压力传感器;液压系统用于提供液压油源;切断阀用于控制液压油源开关;伺服阀用于调节液压油源流量;刹车机轮用于执行刹车操作;压力传感器用于检测刹车压力,并传递至指令控制系统。从而根据故障综合的结果比较刹车能力,优先使用刹车能力高的余度,提高了系统的安全性。
