The invention relates to a motor train unit vehicle brake control system which comprises a brake control device, a working air cylinder, an auxiliary air cylinder, an air brake valve and an electric pneumatic control module, and the electric pneumatic control module comprises an electronic brake control unit, an electric pneumatic valve, a switching valve, an intercepting valve and a two-way valve and further comprises a pressure reducing valve and a relay valve. The system can be switched between electro-pneumatic braking and air braking, and pre-control pressure is transmitted to the relay valve through the two-way valve. Two braking control modes of automatic air braking and straight-through type electric pneumatic braking are integrated, electric pneumatic braking serves as a main braking mode, automatic braking is hot standby redundancy, the reliability of the braking effect is improved, and it is ensured that a motor train unit runs safely.
本发明涉及一种动车组车辆制动控制系统,包括制动控制装置、工作风缸、副风缸、空气制动阀、电空控制模块,电空控制模块包含电子制动控制单元、电空阀、切换阀、遮断阀和双向阀,此外还包括减压阀及中继阀;系统能够在电空制动和空气制动之间切换,并通过双向阀将预控压力传递至中继阀。本发明融入自动式空气制动和直通式电空制动两种制动控制模式,电空制动作为主要制动模式,自动制动为热备冗余,提高了制动作用的可靠性,确保动车组列车运行安全。
