The invention relates to the field of motor train control, and particularly discloses a motor train unit braking system and method.The braking system is uniformly controlled by a central processing unit and comprises a traction braking unit, a communication network unit, a train information control monitoring platform, a base station and a platform service terminal which are sequentially connected; the brake control unit, the electric control pneumatic unit, the speed monitoring and safety processing unit, the rescue supervision processing unit and the central processing unit are connected in sequence, and the communication network unit, the vehicle information control monitoring platform and the brake control unit are in two-way connection with the central processing unit. During actual operation of the braking system, after braking is started, electric braking and air braking are matched with each other, distribution is carried out through calculation, the electric braking can reduce the load of air braking of a trailer, the problem that braking kinetic energy is increased due to speed increase of a motor train unit is solved, the braking process is stable, and the braking efficiency is improved. And the whole braking process information is monitored and recorded in real time.

    本发明涉及动车控制领域,具体公开了一种动车组制动系统及方法,该制动系统由中央处理器统一控制,该制动系统系统包括依次连接的牵引制动单元、通讯网络单元、车辆信息控制监测平台、基站和平台服务终端,还包括依次连接的制动控制单元、电控气动单元、速度监测与安全处理单元、救援监管处理单元和中央处理器,通讯网络单元、车辆信息控制监测平台、制动控制单元分别与中央处理器双向连接。该制动系统在实际操作时,当制动开启后,电制动和空气制动相互配合,通过计算进行分配,电制动能够减轻拖车的空气制动的负荷,解决动车组速度提高带来的制动动能增加的问题,使得制动过程平稳,且整个制动过程信息被实时监测记录下来。
