The invention discloses a motor braking device for a high-speed motor train unit; the device comprises an angle sensor, a linear displacement sensor, a central processing unit and a transmission device; the central processing unit calculates a braking torque according to an angle acquired by the angle sensor, displacement acquired by the linear displacement sensor and a running speed of the high-speed motor train unit; the braking torque is output to the transmission device; the transmission device drives two transmission blocks to move in opposite directions through a structure similar to a gear and a rack, friction plates on the transmission blocks are tightly pressed on a brake disc, and wheels stop rotating through friction force. A traditional air braking system is replaced, the braking efficiency is improved, and the braking distance is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种用于高速动车组的电机制动装置,包括角度传感器、线位移传感器、中央处理器和传动装置,所述中央处理器根据所述角度传感器采集的角度、线位移传感器采集的位移和高铁行驶的速度计算制动力矩,将所述制动力矩输出至所述传动装置;所述传动装置通过类似齿轮齿条结构带动两块传动块向相反方向运动,传动块上的摩擦片紧压在制动盘上,通过摩擦力使车轮停止转动。本发明取代了传统的气压制动系统,有利于提高制动效率,缩短制动距离。
