By charging the storage battery, the phenomenon that the vehicle is driven to climb only by the engine due to the fact that the electric quantity of the storage battery is too low during subsequent climbing is avoided, the electric drive system is adopted for assisting running, the risk that the engine is overheated is reduced, and the dynamic property of the whole vehicle is improved.
