A flight control device performs flight control processing for causing an eVTOL to fly. In the flight control processing steps (S104 to S106), the flight control device determines whether or not the eVTOL can be maintained in a stable attitude. In step (S104), a determination is made as to whether or not the eVTOL can be maintained in a stable posture even if the driving of the motor is abnormally stopped. In the steps (S105, S106), a determination is made as to whether or not the eVTOL can be maintained in a stable posture even if the driving of the abnormal motor is continued. When it is determined that the eVTOL can be maintained in the stable attitude, the flight control device (40) performs output adjustment of the normal motor and/or the abnormal motor in steps S107 to S110 so as to maintain the eVTOL in the stable attitude.
