The invention provides a new energy automobile power battery thermal runaway monitoring method and system, the system comprises a vehicle-mounted terminal and a cloud, and the method comprises the steps that the vehicle-mounted terminal obtains data of a plurality of evaluation parameters in real time and uploads the data to the cloud; the cloud predicts whether the power battery has a fire trend through a digital twinning technology; if the fire trend is predicted, the vehicle-mounted terminal controls the output of a power battery; if the fire trend is not predicted, judging whether the data of each evaluation parameter is in a normal interval range or not; if the data of any evaluation parameter is not in the normal interval range, the vehicle-mounted terminal controls the output of the power battery; if the data of each evaluation parameter is within the normal interval range, the cloud sends a processing instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal; and the vehicle-mounted terminal performs linkage analysis on the data of the evaluation parameters and the historical data, and when the analysis result is abnormal, the output of the power battery is controlled. Potential safety hazards of the battery can be effectively monitored, and the service life of the battery is prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种新能源汽车动力电池热失控监测方法及系统,该系统包括车载终端和云端,该方法包括,车载终端实时获取多个评估参数的数据,并上传至云端;云端通过数字孪生技术预测动力电池是否有起火趋势;若预测到有起火趋势,则车载终端控制动力电池的输出;若未预测到起火趋势,则判断各个评估参数的数据是否在正常区间范围内;若任意一评估参数的数据不在正常区间范围内,车载终端控制动力电池的输出;若各个评估参数的数据均在正常区间范围内,则云端发送处理指令至车载终端;车载终端将评估参数的数据与历史数据进行联动分析,并当分析结果为异常时,控制动力电池的输出。本发明能够有效地监测电池潜在的安全隐患、延长电池使用寿命。
