The invention provides an electric vehicle frequency modulation participation service system based on a cloud-side collaborative architecture. The system comprises terminal equipment, edge equipment, a cloud end and an automatic power generation control master station system. According to the electric vehicle participation frequency modulation service system based on the cloud-side collaborative architecture, the frequency modulation capacity of each charging station in the next response time period is predicted in a rolling mode in real time based on the cloud-side collaborative regulation and control architecture, the frequency modulation capacity is used as the basis of instruction decomposition between the charging stations, the risk of time delay between different levels of equipment is reduced, and the service efficiency is improved. The charging demand of the electric vehicle user on the time scale except the expected electric quantity is preferentially considered, and it is ensured that the electric vehicle participates in frequency modulation within the time range expected by the user. Through layer-by-layer cooperation of the cloud, the edge device and the terminal device, the electric vehicle can participate in the frequency modulation service, and meanwhile, the requirements of a power grid, an aggregator and a user are met as much as possible.
