According to the invention, the task evaluation module evaluates the feasibility of the low-altitude flight task of the unmanned aerial vehicle and generates an initial flight scheme, the path optimization module optimizes the initial flight scheme to generate a flight path adapted to a low-altitude environment, and the real-time monitoring module evaluates the flight state of the unmanned aerial vehicle in real time. The recording and judging module evaluates the flight state of the unmanned aerial vehicle after the low-altitude flight task of the unmanned aerial vehicle is completed; and the recording and playback module provides whole-course playback of the low-altitude flight process of the unmanned aerial vehicle according to low-altitude flight records of the unmanned aerial vehicle. Through mutual cooperation among the modules, comprehensive data support and application support are provided for low-altitude flight management of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
