And the emergency vehicle can be ensured to rapidly pass at a high speed per hour when driving into the buffer area. According to the method, the efficiency and the safety of emergency traffic are effectively improved by accurately controlling the intelligent signal lamp and combining the lane queue length and passing phase calculation.
