The invention relates to an anti-collision control method for a portal crane boom. The anti-collision control method comprises the following steps: acquiring position data of an obstacle through a sensor; calculating the relative instantaneous speed of the portal crane boom relative to the obstacle at the current moment according to the position data of the obstacle; dynamically calculating a minimum safe rotation stop position according to the relative instantaneous speed; and judging whether the current position reaches the minimum safe rotation stop position or not, and if the conditions are met, decelerating and parking at the maximum acceleration. The invention further provides a corresponding anti-collision control device for the portal crane boom. According to the method, under the condition that few sensors are used, the position of the obstacle can be dynamically detected, the latest parking position is calculated, and the use efficiency of the portal crane is improved.

    本申请涉及一种门机臂架防撞控制方法,包括如下步骤:通过传感器采集障碍物的位置数据;根据障碍物的位置数据计算当前时刻门机臂架相对于障碍物的相对瞬时速度;根据所述相对瞬时速度动态计算最小安全回转停止位;判断当前位置是否到达最小安全回转停止位,如满足条件,以最大加速度减速停车。本申请还提供了相应的门机臂架防撞控制装置。本申请可实现在使用较少传感器的情况下,动态地对障碍物位置进行检测,并计算出最晚停车位置,提升门机的使用效率。
