The invention provides a brake clearance prediction method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of data prediction.The method comprises the steps that a fatigue backstepping model is determined based on simulation fatigue parameter data and historical fatigue parameter data, the fatigue back-stepping model is used for constructing a mapping relation between running state data and fatigue state data of the brake; determining a brake clearance-fatigue relation model based on the fatigue state data and the first brake clearance data; the brake clearance-fatigue relation model is used for constructing a mapping relation between brake clearance and fatigue state data of the brake; and the brake clearance of the target brake is predicted based on the fatigue backstepping model, the brake clearance-fatigue relation model and the target operation state data, and second brake clearance data are obtained. According to the brake clearance prediction method and device, the electronic equipment and the readable storage medium, the accuracy of brake clearance data prediction of the brake can be improved.
