The invention discloses a method for installing explosion suppression foam in a wing integral fuel tank. The method comprises the steps that the explosion suppression foam is designed and manufactured; pre-splicing inspection is carried out before the explosion suppression foam is installed on the wing fuel tank; the foam installation sequence is determined, the front beam, the rear beam and the ribs of the wing serve as the assembly positioning reference, explosion suppression foam is installed through a maintenance covering cap located below the wing and between the front beam and the rear beam, and the installation path is that explosion suppression foam below a pipeline and the bottommost layer of the rear beam is installed; sequentially installing explosion suppression foams in the rest space of the rear beam from bottom to top and from inside to outside; installing foams on the front beam as a reference; and finally installing foams on the maintenance covering cap from top to bottom by taking the upper wall plate as a reference. And the explosion suppression foam is dismounted according to the sequence opposite to the mounting sequence, and whether foam mounting is reasonable or not is verified. The explosion suppression foam installation reliability and the product quality are improved, and technical support is provided for follow-up explosion suppression foam installation control.

    本发明公开了一种机翼整体油箱内抑爆泡沫的安装方法,包括:设计制造抑爆泡沫;抑爆泡沫安装到机翼油箱之前进行预拼合检查;确定泡沫安装顺序,以机翼前、后梁和肋为装配定位基准,通过前后梁之间位于机翼下方的维护口盖进行抑爆泡沫的安装,安装路径为:管路下方及后梁最底层抑爆泡沫的安装→以后梁为基准,依次由下至上、由内之外安装后梁部位其余空间的抑爆泡沫→再以前梁为基准安装前梁部位的泡沫→最后以上壁板为基准从上到下安装维护口盖部位的泡沫;以与安装顺序相反的顺序进行抑爆泡沫的拆除,验证泡沫安装是否合理。本发明提高抑爆泡沫安装的可靠性和产品质量,并为后续抑爆泡沫的安装控制提供了技术支撑。
