The invention belongs to the technical field of ships, and discloses a cooling water system operation optimization method and device and a ship, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining and judging whether the inlet pressure value of cooled equipment at the highest position of the ship is greater than a preset pressure value or not; if yes, executing the next step; whether the actual heat exchange area of the plate cooler is smaller than the preset heat exchange area or not is obtained and judged; if yes, executing the next step; acquiring and judging whether the cooling fresh water inlet temperature of the plate cooler is smaller than a first preset value; if yes, executing the next step; obtaining and judging whether the cooling seawater outlet temperature of the plate cooler is smaller than a second preset value; if yes, it is determined that the starting number of the cooling sea water pump, the starting number of the cooling fresh water pump and the starting number of the plate cooler are all one; and if the judgment result of any step is no, determining that at least two cooling sea water pumps, at least two cooling fresh water pumps and at least two plate coolers are started. The reasonable operation scheme of the equipment can be determined according to actual requirements.

    本发明属于船舶技术领域,公开了一种冷却水系统运行优化方法、装置及船舶,该方法包括:获取并判断船舶最高位置处的被冷却设备的进口压力值是否大于预设压力值;若是,则执行下一步骤;获取并判断板式冷却器的实际换热面积是否小于预设换热面积;若是,则执行下一步骤;获取并判断板式冷却器的冷却淡水进口温度是否小于第一预设值;若是,则执行下一步骤;获取并判断板式冷却器的冷却海水出口温度是否小于第二预设值;若是,则确定冷却海水泵、冷却淡水泵和板式冷却器的开启数量均设置为一台;若上述任一步骤的判断结果为否,则确定冷却海水泵、冷却淡水泵和板式冷却器的开启数量至少各为两台。本发明能够根据实际需求确定设备的合理运行方案。
