The invention discloses an underwater robot and a crack detection and repair system, and the underwater robot comprises a bearing plate, and a power assembly, a camera assembly, a detection assembly, a crack repair assembly and a control circuit which are arranged in corresponding areas of the bearing plate; the detection assembly comprises a desilting head and an ink jet head which are arranged at the corresponding lowering positions of the bearing plate, and the ink jet head is connected with a corresponding ink storage box; the crack sealing unit comprises a roller structure arranged at the corresponding position below the bearing plate, a sealing adhesive tape is arranged on the surface of the roller structure, and the roller structure attaches the sealing adhesive tape to the surface of the crack in a rotating state; the crack grouting repair unit comprises a high polymer spray head arranged in a corresponding area below the bearing plate and a micro grouting machine arranged in a corresponding position above the bearing plate, and the high polymer spray head is communicated with the micro grouting machine. The invention aims to improve the treatment efficiency of underwater concrete crack detection and repair.

    本发明公开了一种水下机器人及裂缝检测与修复系统,其中,所述水下机器人包括承载板和设置在承载板相应区域的动力组件、摄像组件、检测组件、裂缝修复组件与控制电路;所述检测组件包括设置在承载板下放相应位置的清淤头与喷墨头,所述喷墨头与对应的储墨盒连接;裂缝密封单元和裂缝注浆修复单元,所述裂缝密封单元包括设置在承载板下方相应位置的滚筒结构,所述滚筒结构表面设置有密封胶带,所述滚筒结构在转动状态下将密封胶带贴附在裂缝表面;所述裂缝注浆修复单元包括设置在承载板下方相应区域的高聚物喷头和承载板上方相应位置的微型注浆机,所述高聚物喷头与微型注浆机连通。本发明旨在提升水下混凝土裂缝检测与修复的处理效率。
