The cooling fan can drive air in the charging cabin to flow circularly, heat dissipated by the charging module is discharged out of the cabinet body and interacts with external air circularly, and the temperature in the charging cabin is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种低噪高防护直流充电机及控制方法,属于电动汽车充电技术领域,充电机包括柜体,柜体的内腔被前后舱隔板分割为电气舱和充电舱,充电舱的侧壁上安装有高防护百叶窗;充电舱内设有消音桶,消音桶套装在延伸至充电舱内的高防护百叶窗上;充电模块设置在充电舱内;充电模块的上方设置有散热风扇;充电舱的后壁上设置有散热风扇的出风口,出风口上罩设有变向消音罩;充电舱内设有温度传感器和控制器;所述控制器与温度传感器相连,用于监测充电舱内的温度;所述控制器还与散热风扇相连,用于控制散热风扇的运行状态。散热风扇能够带动充电舱内的空气循环流动,将充电模块散发的热量排出柜体外,与外部空气循环交互,降低充电舱内的温度。
