The invention relates to the technical field of laser welding, in particular to an automobile water channel groove laser welding process, a welding product and laser equipment.The automobile water channel groove laser welding process comprises the steps that a first workpiece and a second workpiece are positioned through the welding equipment, and the first workpiece and the second workpiece jointly form a welding seam; a laser head of the welding equipment faces the weld joint in an inclined posture, the laser head conducts laser welding on the weld joint to form a sealed weld bead, the plane where the weld joint is located is defined as a welding face, the welding face is parallel to the horizontal plane, and the light emitting angle formed by the laser head and the welding face ranges from 35 degrees to 55 degrees. The invention mainly aims to provide a laser welding process for an automobile water channel groove, and aims to reduce the probability of hole explosion and cracks when aluminum alloy materials of different materials are welded.

    本发明涉及激光焊接技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车水道槽激光焊接工艺、焊接产品以及激光设备,其中,汽车水道槽激光焊接工艺包括利用焊接设备定位第一工件和第二工件,其中,所述第一工件和所述第二工件共同形成焊缝;所述焊接设备的激光头以倾向姿态面向所述焊缝,所述激光头对所述焊缝进行激光焊接以形成密封焊道,其中,定义所述焊缝所在的一个平面为焊接面,所述焊接面平行水平面,所述激光头与所述焊接面形成的出光角度为35度至55度。本发明的主要目的是提供一种汽车水道槽激光焊接工艺,旨在降低焊接不同材质的铝合金材料时,出现的炸孔和裂纹几率。
