The invention provides a cantilever lifting device for wharf beam plate installation and an application method thereof, and relates to the technical field of cranes. The cantilever lifting device for wharf beam and slab installation is of a detachable structure and comprises a track ground beam, a trestle, jack supporting legs, supporting legs, a main beam, a longitudinal moving flatcar beam and a lifting crown block, the track ground beam comprises a landside ground beam and a seaside ground beam, and the landside ground beam and the seaside ground beam are installed on a cross beam of a wharf pile foundation in parallel; the hoisting crown block comprises a crown block frame, a winch, a hoisting component and a crown block walking mechanism, the winch is connected with the hoisting component through a winch steel wire rope, and the hoisting component is connected with a plurality of hoisting points of a component needing to be hoisted through a plurality of hoisting steel wire ropes. The construction efficiency and safety of the wharf are improved.

    本发明提供了一种用于码头梁板安装的悬臂起重装置及其应用方法,涉及起重机技术领域。解决了现有技术存在的施工效率低且施工过程中安全风险较大的技术问题。该用于码头梁板安装的悬臂起重装置为可拆卸结构,其包括轨道地梁、栈桥、千斤顶支腿、支撑支腿、主梁、纵移平车梁以及起重天车,轨道地梁包括陆侧地梁以及海侧地梁,陆侧地梁以及海侧地梁平行安装在码头桩基的横梁上;起重天车包括天车框架、卷扬机、吊装部件以及天车行走机构,卷扬机通过卷扬钢丝绳与吊装部件相连接,吊装部件通过若干根吊装钢丝绳与需要吊装的构件的若干个吊点相连接。本发明提高了码头的建造效率和安全性。
