    本发明提供一种码头防波堤工程扭王块安装工艺,属于码头防波堤施工领域,包括如下步骤:S1:施工准备;S2:模板制作及模板支立:扭王字块模板采用立式支立设计,预制时采取“三横”立式预制;S3:浇筑混凝土及拆模:混凝土采用分层浇注并振捣,待混凝土初凝强度达到要求后进行模板拆除工作;S4:块体养护与贮存;S5:块体安放图绘制;S6:扭王字块的出运:根据块体的安放计划,将块体自堆放区运输块体到预制场出运码头,然后运至块体安放区停靠并由起重船进行安放施工;S7:扭王字块体水上安放;水上扭王字块安放施工先由起重船按设计块数的95%定计算网点的位置随机安放,完成后再进行检查或补漏,本安装工艺可缩短施工周期,降低施工成本。
