The invention discloses a ship low-speed propulsion motor direct propulsion shafting barring lock shaft device which comprises a barring speed reducer fixed to a mounting base, a lock shaft mechanism and an electric control system used for controlling the barring speed reducer, the barring speed reducer is connected with the output end of a barring motor, and the mounting base is fixed to a ship body base. A barring gear ring is arranged on the ship shafting, and the barring gear ring is matched with the barring speed reducer; a shaft locking hole is formed in the large turning gear ring and is matched with the shaft locking mechanism; and when the shaft locking hole is matched with the shaft locking mechanism, the shaft locking mechanism locks the turning gear ring so as to lock the ship shaft system. The barring lock shaft device can effectively solve the barring lock shaft problem of a ship propelled by a multi-shaft low-speed motor with a shaft system not provided with a gearbox, the barring lock shaft device of the ship shaft system is integrated, two mutually independent devices of a traditional barring device and a bolt type lock shaft are replaced, and the occupied total resources are greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种船舶低速推进电机直接推进轴系盘车锁轴装置,其包括固定于安装底座上的盘车减速器、锁轴机构及用于控制盘车减速器的电控系统,盘车减速器与盘车电机的输出端连接,安装底座固定于船体基座上,船舶轴系上设有盘车大齿圈,盘车大齿圈与盘车减速器相配合;盘车大齿圈上设有锁轴孔,锁轴孔与锁轴机构相配合;当锁轴孔与锁轴机构相配合时,锁轴机构锁止盘车大齿圈从而锁止船舶轴系。本发明可以有效解决轴系不设齿轮箱的多轴低速电机推进船舶的盘车锁轴问题,本发明将船舶轴系盘车锁轴装置融合一体,替代传统盘车和插销式锁轴两个相互独立的装置,大大减少占用的总体资源。
