The invention discloses a modeling method of a ship propulsion shafting, which comprises the following steps of: establishing a longitudinal vibration characteristic calculation model of the propulsion shafting according to a dynamic theory by taking a design drawing of the ship propulsion shafting and parameters of each component as input; after constraint boundary conditions are set, longitudinal vibration natural characteristics are calculated; damping parameters are set, longitudinal exciting force is applied, and longitudinal vibration response of the propulsion shafting is calculated; safety checking is carried out on the longitudinal vibration response of the propulsion shafting and the alternating thrust of the thrust bearing according to existing design specifications, and whether the established longitudinal vibration characteristic calculation model of the propulsion shafting is reasonable or not is determined; and when the longitudinal vibration characteristic calculation model of the propulsion shafting is reasonable, outputting parameters of each part of the longitudinal vibration characteristic calculation model of the propulsion shafting. According to the modeling method, a more perfect calculation model is established, the longitudinal constraint characteristic of the radial supporting bearing and the bending vibration characteristic of the propeller blade can be conveniently considered, and the calculation precision of the longitudinal vibration characteristic of the ship propulsion shafting is improved.

    本发明公开一种船舶推进轴系的建模方法,包括:以船舶推进轴系的设计图纸及各组成部件参数为输入,根据动力学理论,建立推进轴系纵向振动特性计算模型;设置约束边界条件后,计算纵向振动固有特性;设置阻尼参数并施加纵向激励力,计算推进轴系纵向振动响应;将推进轴系纵向振动响应和推力轴承的交变推力与现有设计规范进行安全性校核,确认所建立的推进轴系纵向振动特性计算模型是否合理;当推进轴系纵向振动特性计算模型合理时,输出推进轴系纵向振动特性计算模型的各零件参数。本建模方法建立了更加完善的计算模型,可方便地考虑径向支承轴承的纵向约束特性以及螺旋桨桨叶的弯曲振动特性,提高了船舶推进轴系的纵向振动特性计算精度。
