The invention relates to a motor torque deviation learning compensation control method for a hybrid electric vehicle engine. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a deviation value between a motor request power generation torque and an actual power generation torque of a motor, or a deviation value between the motor request power generation torque and an actual execution torque of the engine; when the torque learning condition is met, obtaining a deviation gain corresponding to the deviation value, multiplying the deviation value by the deviation gain to obtain a current torque learning value step length, and gradually accumulating the current torque learning value step length; when the storage condition is met, adding the product of the current torque learning value and the storage gain to the current torque storage value, gradually accumulating to obtain a new torque storage value, and storing the new torque storage value based on the working interval of the engine; and total compensation of the engine to the motor torque is obtained based on the current torque learning value and the torque storage value and added to internal torque calculation of the engine. According to the method, different working condition blocks of the engine and various air inlet temperatures are distinguished, the pertinence on torque learning adjustment is higher, and the method can effectively adapt to the actual working condition of the engine on the whole vehicle.

    本发明涉及一种混合动力汽车发动机对电机扭矩偏差学习补偿控制方法,步骤包括:获取电机请求发电扭矩与电机实际的发电扭矩偏差值,或电机请求发电扭矩与发动机实际执行的扭矩偏差值;当满足扭矩学习条件,获取偏差值对应的偏差增益,将偏差值与偏差增益相乘得到当前扭矩学习值步长并逐步累计;当满足存储条件,对当前扭矩存储值加上当前扭矩学习值和存储增益之积,逐步累计得到新的扭矩存储值,并基于发动机的工作区间进行存储;基于当前扭矩学习值加上扭矩存储值得到发动机对电机扭矩总的补偿,加入发动机内部扭矩计算中。本发明区分发动机的各个工况区块和各种进气温度对扭矩学习的调节其针对性更强,能有效适应发动机在整车上的实际工作情况。
