The invention discloses a ship propeller shafting device with a circular magnetorheological damper. The propeller vibration absorption device is mainly suitable for propeller vibration absorption, and the influence of exciting force generated by a propeller on a hull and equipment thereof is reduced. When the magnetorheological damper works, the magnetorheological fluid in the damping channel generates a magnetorheological effect, shear stress is increased, when exciting force is transmitted to the annular piston rod of the magnetorheological damper along the stern shaft, the annular piston rod begins to displace and drives the annular piston to displace, due to the fact that the shear stress is increased, large damping force is generated, and the damping effect is improved. The annular piston rod and the annular piston are prevented from moving, and the vibration absorption effect is achieved. A piston of the magnetorheological damper is divided into two parts, namely an annular piston outer ring part and an annular piston inner ring part; two annular damping channels with different radiuses are respectively formed between the piston outer ring and the lower surface of the cylinder body outer ring and between the piston inner ring and the upper surface of the cylinder body inner ring; the adjustable range of the output damping force can be improved through the two magnetic fields which operate independently.
本发明公开了一种具有圆环形磁流变阻尼器的船舶螺旋桨轴系装置。本发明主要适用于螺旋桨吸振,减少螺旋桨产生的激振力对于船体及其设备的影响。磁流变阻尼器工作时阻尼通道内磁流变液发生磁流变效应,剪切应力增大,当激振力将沿着船尾轴传递到磁流变阻尼器环形活塞杆处,环形活塞杆开始产生位移,带动环形活塞产生位移,由于剪切应力变大,产生较大的阻尼力,阻碍环形活塞杆、环形活塞移动,实现吸振效果。该磁流变阻尼器的活塞分为两个部分,分别为环形活塞外环部分和环形活塞内环部分;活塞外环与缸体外环下表面、活塞内环与缸体内环上表面之间分别构成两个半径不一的环形阻尼通道;两处独立运行的磁场能提高输出阻尼力的可调范围。
