The invention discloses a self-lubricating TPV (thermoplastic vulcanizate) material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of thermoplastic elastomer materials. The self-lubricating TPV material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of polypropylene particles, 20-30 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 0.5-2 parts of silicone and 0.1-2.0 parts of silicone oil. The silicone oil comprises one or more of polydimethylsiloxane, polydiethylsiloxane, polymethylphenyl siloxane, methyl hydrogen silicone oil and phenyl silicone oil; the silicone comprises one or more of a PE carrier and a PP carrier; the self-lubricating low-friction-coefficient TPV material provided by the invention can be adjusted to have different hardness and touch according to customer requirements, has good mechanical properties, processability, high and low temperature resistance, environmental change resistance, self-lubricating low-friction easy-assembly properties and the like, and can be used for sealing strip connecting corners in automobile parts and injection molding quarter window materials.
