The high-definition camera is used for shooting the inspection environment in real time, the angle of the high-definition camera can be adjusted through the adjusting assembly in the shooting process, so that the shooting range is enlarged, whether obstacles exist around the machine body or not can be monitored in real time through the laser radar, then later obstacle avoidance operation is facilitated, the safety during inspection is improved, and the inspection efficiency is improved. The quality of ambient air can be detected through the gas sensor, the ambient temperature can be detected in real time through the temperature and humidity sensor, multi-aspect inspection operation can be achieved, the direction of the machine body can be known in real time through the GPS, data can be analyzed through the central processing unit, and the data can be displayed through the touch display screen. Therefore, the personnel can know the condition and hidden danger of the inspection environment in real time, and the personnel can take preventive measures in advance.

    本发明公开了一种基于无人机的低空巡检设备及其使用方法,包括巡检单元和操控台,所述巡检单元包括机体,且机体的底部固定连接有机座。本发明通过高清摄像头对巡检环境进行实时拍摄,拍摄过程中可通过调节组件来对高清摄像头的角度进行调节,以此增加拍摄范围,通过激光雷达可实时监测机体周围是否存在障碍物,进而便于后期的避障作业,提高巡检时的安全性,通过气体传感器可对周围空气的质量进行检测,且温湿度传感器对周围环境温度进行实时检测,进而可实现多方面巡检作业,通过GPS可实时了解机体的方位,通过中央处理器可对数据分析,且会通过触摸显示屏对数据显示,进而可使人员实时了解巡检环境的情况和隐患,便于人员提前做出预防措施。
