The invention discloses a drive-by-wire electromagnetic suspension of a heavy-duty vehicle, which belongs to the technical field of vibration reduction of the heavy-duty vehicle and comprises an upper joint and a lower joint which are arranged up and down, the shell is fixedly connected with the lower joint through a lower end cover; one end of the air spring is fixedly connected with the upper connector, and the other end of the air spring is fixedly connected with the shell; the planetary roller screw kinematic pair and the screw nut are positioned in the shell and are rotatably connected with the shell; one end of the lead screw is in threaded connection with the upper joint, and the other end extends into the shell and is matched with the lead screw nut; the permanent magnet is embedded into the outer side of the lead screw nut; and the coil winding is arranged corresponding to the permanent magnet and fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the shell, and the coil winding is matched with the permanent magnet so as to have a generator mode or a motor mode. The roller lead screw and the motor are integrated, the size is greatly reduced, the bearing capacity is improved, the angle module is suitable for a limited space of a heavy-duty vehicle, multiple control modes can adapt to complex working conditions, and the overall performance is improved.

    本发明公开了一种载重型车辆线控电磁悬架,属于载重型车辆减振技术领域,包括:上下设置的上接头和下接头;外壳,通过下端盖与下接头固定连接;空气弹簧,空气弹簧的一端与上接头固定连接,另一端与外壳固定连接;行星滚柱丝杠运动副,丝杠螺母位于外壳内,并与外壳可转动连接;丝杠的一端与上接头螺纹连接,另一端延伸至外壳内部,与丝杠螺母配合;永磁体,嵌入丝杠螺母的外侧;线圈绕组,与永磁体对应设置,并固定安装外壳的内壁上,线圈绕组与永磁体配合,以具有发电机模式或电动机模式。本发明将滚柱丝杠与电机集成于一体,尺寸大幅减少,承载能力提升,适用于载重型车辆的空间有限的角模块,多种控制模式可适应复杂工况,提升了整体性能。
