The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted bidirectional power converter which comprises a pre-stage voltage stabilization module, a pre-stage driving circuit, a post-stage driving circuit, a post-stage filtering module and an electric vehicle battery module, the pre-stage voltage stabilization module is used for balancing circuit voltage and supporting reactive power, the pre-stage driving circuit is of a single-phase full-bridge AD-DC topological structure, and the post-stage filtering module is of a single-phase full-bridge AD-DC topological structure. The front-stage driving circuit is of a half-bridge type bidirectional DC-DC topological structure, the rear-stage driving circuit is of a half-bridge type bidirectional DC-DC topological structure, the front-stage driving circuit and the rear-stage driving circuit are connected together through a direct-current voltage-stabilizing bus, the size is small, the weight is light, a front stage and a rear stage do not interfere with each other, control is easy, the rear-stage filtering module is used for restraining direct-current side second harmonics, the harmonic quantity is prevented from influencing the stability of output direct-current voltage, and the output direct-current voltage is stable. According to the converter, a corresponding control method is designed, non-inductive decoupling control and a single-phase phase-locked loop of an improved loop filter are adopted, the phase of a power grid is accurately and efficiently obtained, and the converter works stably.

    本发明公开了一种车载式双向功率变换器,包括前级稳压模块、前级驱动电路、后级驱动电路、后级滤波模块、电动汽车电池模块,所述前级稳压模块用于平衡电路电压,支撑无功功率,所述前级驱动电路为单相全桥AD‑DC拓扑结构,所述后级驱动电路为半桥型双向DC‑DC拓扑结构,所述前级驱动电路和后级驱动电路通过直流稳压母线连接在一起,体积小、重量轻,前后级互不干扰,控制简单,所述后级滤波模块用于抑制直流侧2次谐波,避免该谐波量影响输出直流电压稳定性,造成直流侧低频电压脉动,该变换器设计相应控制方法,采用无电感解耦控制及改进型环路滤波器的单相锁相环,准确高效获取电网相位,使变换器稳定工作。
