The invention discloses a shape control method for a spaceflight 2195 aluminum alloy frame beam piece. The shape control method comprises the following steps: carrying out vacuum gas quenching on an annular part; performing subzero treatment and uphill quenching treatment on the annular part subjected to vacuum gas quenching; and carrying out harmonic vibration aging treatment on the annular part subjected to liquid helium subzero treatment, and cooling to obtain the frame beam part. The invention further discloses the frame beam piece obtained through the control method. According to the method, the residual stress of the spaceflight 2195 aluminum alloy frame beam piece can be reduced, uniform stress distribution is achieved, quadratic term precipitation and grain refinement are promoted, and the mechanical property of the component is improved.
