The embodiment of the invention provides an estimation method and device of endurance mileage, equipment and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring vehicle information parameters of a target vehicle and vehicle calibration parameters of the target vehicle; determining a first endurance mileage and a second endurance mileage based on the vehicle information parameters and the vehicle calibration parameters; based on the first endurance mileage and the second endurance mileage, operation is carried out, and the endurance descent speed is determined; and determining the endurance mileage of the target vehicle based on the endurance descent speed. According to the scheme, the first endurance mileage and the second endurance mileage can be determined according to the vehicle information parameters of the target vehicle and the vehicle calibration parameters of the target vehicle, and then the endurance descent speed is determined through calculation of the first endurance mileage and the second endurance mileage; the first endurance mileage is corrected through the endurance descent speed to obtain the endurance mileage, and the accuracy of endurance mileage estimation can be improved through the correction process.
