The method comprises the following steps: acquiring state information of a storage battery in a vehicle, wherein the state information at least comprises a current state of charge (SOC), current, voltage and temperature; based on the state information of the storage battery, target output voltage of a direct current-direct current converter DCDC of the vehicle is determined through a neural network model; and controlling the DCDC to charge the storage battery according to the target output voltage. Namely, the target output voltage of the DCDC is determined through the neural network model, so that charging control is performed on the storage battery, and the SOC of the storage battery is better maintained at a proper level.
